By attending this event, you acknowledge that participation involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, food-related allergies, interactions with other attendees, and the consumption of alcoholic beverages. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event and agree to release and hold harmless Secret City Events, its owners, employees, contractors, venue partners, and vendors from liability for injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from your participation, except where prohibited by applicable law or caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. You agree to drink responsibly and comply with all venue rules and applicable laws.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following: • You are at least 21 years old if consuming alcoholic beverages. • Secret City Events reserves the right to refuse admission or remove guests whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, illegal, or unsafe without refund. • Event details, entertainment, menu items, and venue arrangements may change without prior notice. • Tickets may not be resold for profit. • Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event. • By attending, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and you assume responsibility for your own actions throughout the event. By attending this event, you understand that photographs and video may be taken during the event. You grant Secret City Events permission to use photographs and video containing your likeness for promotional, marketing, website, and social media purposes without additional compensation. If you prefer not to appear in promotional materials, please notify event staff upon arrival and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

All ticket purchases are final. Because Secret City Events reserves venue capacity, staffing, food, and beverages based on confirmed attendance, tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest up to 48 hours before the event by contacting us. If Secret City Events cancels the event, all ticket holders will receive either: • A full refund, or • The option to transfer their ticket to a future event.
